Food was fine, service was quite fast but it’s a bit overpriced for what it is, really.

We have eaten at all the KFC restaurants in the area and had issues (excessive waiting time, wrong orders, missing items, rude staff) but never at this restaurant. The staff are lovely and actually seem to care. The food came quickly and was exactly as it should be and the place was clean. Can't ask for more than that! I don't understand how the other restaurants get it so wrong.

Waited over 15 mins for chips, as usual delivery drivers got priority it does not seem to matter about the people that use the drive through or restraunt.

My overall experience of food quality and customer service was good.
The staff are friendly and helpful; and, as is common knowledge, the food is 5 star.
I experienced a small issue with some of the younger staff members in the recent past, but that has been quickly resolved; probably through their staff training programme.
As an update to my review, months on and this place has really picked up and all factors associated with a 5 star rating has been met.
Not a bad little joint - I recommend it.

Staff were friendly, food was hot for a change. Pleasant atmosphere.
Would be good if you could put Mash up on the self service as a choice instead of chips/fries .. be so much easier to put our order through.

It's a standard KFC; so food wise you know exactly what to expect, the service was pretty fast; the lady serving us was friendly and great with the kids
