Sonic Drive-in

Just what I needed today. Mozzarella sticks a burger and ventured out with a mango slushie. Will probably stick to strawberry limeade instead. It tasted like an orange slushie. There is one lady that is always so so sweet that works there. Wish I knew her schedule bc I only like to go when she is there everyone else is kind of rude. Overall fast service and good food.

Very friendly. Good service. Accurate order. Overall, the food quality was poor which reduces this review. Small, flattened hamburgers overloaded with condiments. Heavy on the breading chicken strips/nuggets. Average fries. Good ice cream based treats. Decent cost, although for the same you can get better food elsewhere.

I wanted a very specific drink that i always ordered at Sonic when in Texas. The girl at the speaker was having difficulty understanding what I was requesting. A gentleman came out to the car to get clarification and then returned with my drink even BETTER than what I ordered in Texas. A+ customer service! Staff was great!

I came here at 7:18 the lady running the drive thru watched me drive around 3 times trying to find store hours and sit at the intercom to order. Finally after 10 minutes of sitting she tells me to go to the window. I had my passenger in my car call and ask people at homes order and asked her to hold on one second and got a response of a smug face. After my food is all ordered I had to wait 35 minutes to even get my food then 10 more minutes to get my drinks during this the lady walked out to the 2 cars behind me and have them there food and drink before even worrying about anything I got. ALL AROUND HORRIBLE. Not to even mention the cold food disgusting!

Sonic's food is always great. The food is never the problem. Although it always takes a when for the food to come out, which I know is because they make the food fresh, but that is the reason for 3 stars is because of the time for food to come out. If you have time to wait, they are perfect but if you are in a hurry for food, somewhere else might be better.

I travel into Mauldin once a week, sometimes twice, and stay at the Days Inn behind this Sonic, so it's convenient when I'm running late and need a quick meal. I always believed it to be average as far as Sonic goes, lately it's been trending down. I stopped in last week to get a sonic cheeseburger, after ordering, I noticed a advertisement on the menu sign that said burgers were half price from 5pm till close on Tuesdays, but they charged me full price. When I asked why, the kid said, "Well, because I forgot, when I forget, you pay full price because we can't change it or refund the difference." I questioned him on the logic of that and he looked completely lost. It's not difficult to put money back on a card, or if you're not very smart you can just cancel the order and refund the whole amount and start over, just hand me the same burger that was made.... but he looked like he was clueless. The week before, I asked the same kid for a few packs of ketchup. He said they were completely out, but ten minutes later as I was eating my fries without ketchup, someone else went and tapped on the door, asked for ketchup and received a handful. Could be just one lazy employee, but I doubt it.
