Ruby Tuesday

We had a great experience. When we came in we were greated and seated by the manager Todd. Our sever Amber was great and very helpful with my questions about the menu. She made sure we had refills and that everything was good.Our food came out in a timely manner . My salmon was cooked perfectly. Todd came to the table and introduced him self and made sure everything was good. We will definitely be returning.

Tonight was my second time at Ruby Tuesday’s and I would have to say it was a great experience. The general manager Mike came to our table to see how everything was going, and made sure that we have been waited on yet. Our waitress was very sweet and kind, making sure our orders where correct and was very patient with repeating them and she wasnt in a rush to get my boyfriend and I out of our booth. The manager, Rocky came out with our food and it was absolutely delicious! He made sure we had all the little things we needed, (ranch for French fries and all the things)...I got something totally different than I ever would have, and I was very impressed! My boyfriend, got a hamburger and he said it was delicious as well! Rocky was very friendly and easy to talk too. He also made sure that the tables around us were served and had everything they needed. I don’t see managers very often check on guest in restaurants, but I thought it was very professional! I would definitely recommend Ruby Tuesday’s for a date night, or a night out with family!

We were traveling through the area this restaurant is good wherever we travel. As usual the food was delicious and our server (C) was very nice. Good job We enjoyed the visit! I see a lot of bad reviews but also understand perfection is not possible. So my food took less than 20 minutes to come out. It takes 2 to 3 times longer to cook at home.

We stopped here on our way to Kings Island. The prices were really good and the server was really nice. The 3 course meal deal gives you A LOT of food! We were definitely STUFFED by the time we were done and some of us left food on our plates. The only reason this didn't get 5 stars was because the salad bar was a bit disappointing. The peas and corn were completely frozen to the bottom and we had to ask for cheese to be put back on the bar. The restaurant was completely dead so it wasn't wiped out because they were busy... The toppings had to have been sitting there awhile to be frozen like that!

Cajun shrimp, dirty rice, bourbon pork chop, and tater tots were all yummy, coleslaw was crunchy but the flavor was weird. The server disappeared at the end of the service when we needed to pay, so we were there for a while longer than we needed to be after all the food was eaten. But she was friendly.

The food was really good, I got a Cheeseburger and it was cooked just how I like it. The service was really good too and my waitress even mentioned that I could get a free sunday as it was my birthday. The only point of contention, is just a nitpick really, the fries that I got with my burger were very salty, but I still ate them, which I wouldn't have done if they weren't good. Overall it was a great experience just like it has been every other time I've been there.
