Does very well for a Town Centre Cafe. Wasn't sure if self or table service, Staff told me to sit at a table, but it eventually got my attention to collect the tray.
The overall cleanliness was good, including Toilets

Totally would go back. Drink went cold quickly but other than that it was great

Good selection of hot and cold drinks- seasonal gingerbread latte was delicious 😋. Daughter's red Berry cooler was also really tasty. Fridges were out on day of visit do full selection of goods not available. Staff friendly as always.

Really great service today, the staff swapped my stale cake portion without hesitation, much appreciated. Also a nice cosy feel upstairs following the refurbishment.

Love Costa coffee and the staff are always friendly. Just need to stock up on the specials so they don't keep running out.. this week bacon sandwiches!

I was sorry to see standards drop (certainly not the staff, they are great) before the refurb. No toilet for ages did really let them down. Good service during Covid.

The Baristas here are awesome, as are other Costa Baristas, that I have been served by.

Great tasting coffee, but sadly Not able to sit in, only takeaway. Had to wait ages as there was only one person working, until a bigger queue then another person eventually helped out. Hate to Queue because staff were somewhere else.

This will be short; I'm not the biggest fan of the coffee - that's a personal thing. But I am a huge fan of the polite, charming and amusing staff here.l! I firmly believe that the service element of any hospitality outlet is just as important as the products served.
A bad experience can change the way you consider your purchase, it can affect the taste and the overarching element of value, and finally the appreciation of the product.
Costa are reliable in their production of their hot and cold beverages, their bot and cold food offering; but where they excel in Macclesfield; is with the appointments they have made to the staff - who are brilliant!
