Nice old school pub, loads of cask ales on offer, if you're into football or rugby loads of big screen TVs

This pub has been here all my life and I’ve just discovered it. Not many of the traditional type pubs left in Leeds city centre but this is one of the best. Great landlord lovely staff and friendly customers. And a Great pint of Guinness if that’s your tipple.

One of the best pubs in Leeds - traditional feel to it and fair prices across all beers (£4.45 for Guinness) love sports shown on the many tv's around inside as well. Staff are very friendly!
If you're wanting a nice pint in between shopping or to watch live sport I highly recommend going here! Will be back.

Serve a great pint of guiness probably the best in Leeds by far. Located right near my favourite restaurant too. Bus stop over the road. Excellent.

Great little pub with decent prices. Bus stops just outside so it's great if you live in South Leeds. This is a pub and not a hotel!

All pubs should be like this. Real ale is part of the furniture here and is taken care of impeccably. Good wooden interior, lively crowd on a Sunday night along with the DJ.

Great beer and friendly staff, I was on holiday for a few days and I was able to enjoy a Champion's league match on TV in this pub. Unfortunately there was an unsavory smell coming from the bathrooms but I'm sure it was taken care of soon after. If I should find myself in Leeds in the future I will surely visit this pub again.

Just a great old fashioned pub, on entering you may think it's a bit rough but the people who drink there always make you feel welcome even if you're on your own,bar staff are very efficient

Was the first pub I ever went in, and hopefully when the time comes it'll be my last
Friendly, helpful staff great regulars, football and gee gees on the telly s and real good beer on tap and bottle, what more could one want?

Cask ale only £2.3 a pint on Monday. Try the Old Peculiar. Wonderfully smooth! Good malt sweetness and favour balanced with a little hops. Would definitely return next Monday to try other local cask ales.
