My boss brought me and a colleague here to celebrate a great achievement at work. I had the spiced mussel flat bread for starters and the baked cod loin for mains. I was too full for pudding. The restaurant is beautiful. The staff are attentive but not overbearing and the food was delicious! Deffo will come again.

We came on a Monday for our anniversary, and Eve was fantastic. She wished us a happy anniversary as soon as we sat down, and then was very knowledgeable about all the food and drinks and answered all of the questions we had, and recommended us a brilliant wine. She was then very attentive and filled up our wine and water without having to ask, and always stopped to talk to us to ask us about ourselves and was incredibly friendly.
The food was outstanding (we had the chicken and the rump steak with the triple cooked chips and creamy mash on the side) and the restaurant itself was beautiful, and we had a fantastic time. We even got a delicious dessert with "Happy Anniversary" on the plate which was a lovely touch.
As two managers in hospitality and knowing how difficult it is to get good staff, Eve exceeded our expectations and was a credit to the restaurant and to herself, and made our anniversary even more special.

Honestly all I can say is, what wow factor service I received on the lead up to, and on the day of my birthday celebrations on Sunday 21st January.
Thankyou Victoria, and all the staff at Angelicas/ Crafthouse, you organised my day perfectly.
Thanks also to the chef and his team, the food was outstanding.
An amazing time was had by all

Absolutely amazing service from Amanda, came for my dad’s birthday all the staff were so helpful and the food was just fantastic compliments to the chef will definitely be back soon. Would also like to say a big thank you to the team for making me feel so welcome and for putting me in a place where there was space for my pram.

Really good food, the pork shoulder, scallops, olives,foccacia bread, and the cod were just sublime. The manager was really good and the waiters too. Truly recommended

Excellent festive food, nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Blankets and heaters provided on the terrace for when it's cold

We visited for my birthday, Sunday lunch with bottomless prosecco. The prosecco was lovely, and topped up generously.
The starter of Terrine was very good, compressed well and tasty with the right amount.
The lamb Sunday dinner was lovely. We asked for additional gravy which was no bother at all.
The staff were friendly and attentive.
