I'm generous with stars, would have gone 3 and a half, but it was the upper end of okay. Admittedly, I didn't have the ribs or brisket. I went with the French dip (it wasn't called "French", but I'm not going to take the time to look it up, you know what I mean), and it was just okay. The jalapeno mac and cheese was good. I sprang for the corn bread muffin and shouldn't have. But overall, a decent meal. I might be back to try the brisket, but I don't feel the need to race back here. Bartender was nice enough, checked on me often, but it wasn't busy either (4pm Monday). I'm most disappointed about the machines (photo). They're all the same machine, and all minimum quarter games, including the multi-card keno 😳 I am definitely not their target gamer. I like variety and the nickel option for the multi-card. I ultimately spend the same amount with nickel options (in the same amount of time; don't get it twisted), but, again, I don't think they care about my opinion on this. It was fine. Overall, it was fine.

Great place to do some adulting! We always like to try new places and were pleasantly surprised when giving this place a try. My family is really big in BBQ and hesitant to order BBQ in restaurants. We talked to our server and he told us they have really good BBQ. We gambled and gave it a try. We were impressed. The burnt ends are done very well as was the rest of our food. The employees are all awesome and we have been back a few more times and were still happy all around. If you want a great little bar and restaurant to try, give it a try!

Highly recommend! We ordered over the phone for pickup. Friendly service. We got chopped pork sandwich and 50/50 plater with ribs and brisket, all with original Kansas city sauce. Delicious, exceeded our expectations. The sides were great as well - tots, jalapeño mac & cheese, and coleslaw. We have to take one star off for the very dry corn muffin, skip the corn muffin.

Amazing service. Kris was an excellent waitress/bartender. She was super friendly and more than willing to go over the food menu with us. We ordered the Poutine Fries and Pretzels Bites for appetizers, all of that was great! I ordered the Meatball Grinder with Jalapeno Mac. My girl ordered the French Dip with fries. She loved everything. My only complaint is that the meatballs had an odd consistency, almost like they came out of the freezer. Definitely didn't taste like freshly made meatballs.
