Ordered online. The process was fairly simple to navigate the app to place it. They give you a progress meter to show where they are in the preparation, which is nice. The service upon pick up was quite lethargic. Someone in the back had to tell the girl in drive thru there was a customer and she never came. Someone else came to the front and grabbed the order for me. Otherwise, the food was fine and tasted fresh. If you like KFC, the quality was consistent with the norm. Plenty food for 3 or 4 if you order the Side Lover's (8 piece with 3 large sides) meal.

This is the only fast food est around here I go to because, until today, everything has been really top notch, fluffy buns, good chicken and pleasant staff. Today I got the smooshed sandwich in attached pics. Is this the beginning of the end for my local KFC? I will try again but I hope this isn't the future for this brand new building. The owner needs to flog its staff that were present today because this is the reason I don't go to fast food.

Nice new upgraded building but still the same stinking attitude at this location. I couldn’t believe it, walk in and ordered the big bucket, asked specifically for all grilled chicken. Gotten all original chicken instead. I had stop going to this location because of the nasty attitude and how frequent they screwed up my order. I given this place 2 stars for a great looking building and parking lot. This location staff needs proper training in customer service and hospitality.
