Hardee's

Iv always give this location 4 got 5 stars until today. I changed my usual order of biscuits and gravy along with a cinnimon roll with extra icing to a breakfast platter consisting of: biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, and hash browns. Here's what's happened right out the gate for some reason my beautiful biscuit taste old or stale and super dry, my eggs are cold and super greasy, my sausage looks over cooked (iv haven't brought myself to try it yet as fear of another disappointment). My gravy is good and my hash browns are good. Really sad as I was cooking forward to this breakfast and such a good value at 4 bucks but no value when half of it shouldn't have been eaten. So today January 16 2020 don't grab breakfast there or try something else. May be there is a new biscuit maker or maybe the humidity affected them but that still doesn't explain the eggs. (See the grease stain in my pic from eggs). Also i got no napkins or silverware thus explaining the metal fork would have been mad if I was eating on the go which I normally would do.

Menu board incorrect with items they no longer serve. Breakfast hours and no Orange juice. Then had to wait over 20 minutes for some Hashbrowns... (still waiting now). The workers are nice but the overall quality is really a half star at best. I love this franchise but I will not come to this location again. ☹ Finally walked in to see about my hashbrowns and they wasn't even in the fryer... I'm done.

Would have been 5 star but I ordered a combo w large fry , then a 10 piece finger and another large fry , well it took about 15 min to get the order together then they left out a large fry, took another 5 min to cook up a "fresh" fry while the mean time the rest of the food got cold. I visit here 2 3 4 times a month , usually after work around 8pm and theirs hardly ever any customers but yet it still takes them forever to get an order ready and it isn't like I order enough for an entire family usually just a combo meal hot ham n cheese and a 10 piece chicken fingers, which I understand they have to cook the fingers but it's usually always a 15 20 25 min wait , god forbid their other customers in front of you then you'll be there 30 minutes waiting.

The staff were very rude!!! It took over 30 minutes to get our food (to go) and when we did get it and were on the road we realized everything wasn't in the bag and my chicken biscuit tasted like it was SOAKED in OLD oil. It was so bad I could not eat it! We will definitely never go back to this location

Absolutely the rudest place I've ever been. As we were trying to place our order a person outside was flipping the sign back and forth from breakfast to lunch. The person inside said she was on breakfast so that was fine but I had 2 teenagers in the back who just got so frustrated with the continuing of the flipping of the sign they couldn't read the menu and decided to not order as the person inside was getting extremely upset because we did not know what to order and kept telling us she's ready, she's ready place my order now. I should have drove away. Tell this person out here to stop playing games!! When I got my food and drink it was shoved at me with a dirty look.
