A nice venue to eat, drink and listen to some music. We went shortly after they opened and they didn't have their liquor license yet, so just beer. The beer selection was rather limited, which was disappointing. However, the service was five stars. Plenty of wait staff and they took care of us while not getting in the way of the performance. I had the steak sandwich, which was cooked perfectly and very fresh. The bun was rather soft, which made it a little hard to eat. Their signature pickle was amazing. If you are a pickle fan, you should go just to try the pickle. The music did not disappoint and the stage set up made it easy for the singer- song writers to interact with the audience. Looking forward to seeing what future music they book.

Music was great! Environment was clean and nice. Service needs a lot of work. Servers were nice but not enough of them to handle the amount of customers they had, and there were still open tables. Very Poor organization. Food was OK. Just regular bar food, nothing spectacular. Waited over an hour for a mediocre burger. This place could be great, but they seriously need to step it up.

A good friend and co-worker is playing live at this beautiful roadhouse today. I came with over 20 people and while all of us had a great time, some of us had some trouble. You will have to call if you want to host a party or play live. They don't charge for reservations. The stage can fit a standard band and the equipment is kept up well. But, I think they had the barback running the tables today, he wasn't really dressed for the job of waiting tables and he was quite forgetful of my friends orders. They may have been short handed; maybe they're looking for more waiters. He was practically running the whole floor. The limited dining menu is fairly priced and moderately filling. The weird thing is that the brisket is normally sold as a sandwich... that's just not right. It was good, but I didn't know you were supposed to ask for your meal to be an "entrée"! The beer is tapped ice cold. But the specialty drinks list is poorly priced! Margarita's for $10 & Martini's for $12?! Absurd!

4 stars mostly for potential. Good in concept, but a little weak in execution. The food was good, but we didn't get to try the brisket because the chef was dissatisfied with the quality! Something other than plastic utensils would have been nice. We will try it again.

Loved the artists and music tonight. This place is strategically located on Olde Kingston Pike to reflect the past of traveling musicians passing through town needing a friendly place to rest, eat and listen/play some music. This place has a rustic, down home feel, reasonable prices for food that is quite tasty, even down to the pink pickles with a hint of cherry. Looking forward to see how this venue develops along with the artists.

After hearing about this place, I was excited to try it out and hoped to look at it as a place to book a show. Came in on a rainy Wednesday night right at 9pm and there was a fella on stage playing guitar to a crowd of two people. The hostess at the door was very friendly and told us to sit anywhere and she followed us with menus. She took our drink order and we started to settle in with the menus. I already knew that I wanted the brisket based in other reviews, it seemed like a no brainer. The server returned with our drinks and asked if we wanted food. We started that we did and that's when she dropped the bomb that she was just informed that the kitchen was closed for the evening. Closed. At 9pm. In an establishment that is open until midnight. So there ya have it. We left and I am currently writing a review from Quaker Steak & Lube where they are currently serving food and karoke. A note to the managers, youve been open one month. If you can't keep your doors open for paying customers you won't keep them open for long. And needless to say, I won't be booking a show there either.

Five stars because of our waitress and performer. My husband steak sandwich was tough. My brisket biscuits were good but small amount of food for the price. Beer very over priced.

the food was okay ( sliced steak sandwich and a pink? pickle?) and the waitress was nice. i enjoyed the ambience. the musican i saw was a lovely gentleman from L.A. However what full bar doesnt have a drink menu, or even a special drink listed somewhere (maybe it was listed somewhere and i didnt see it) I got a tequila sunrise and it was pretty good. however, i am just baffled as to why on the menu they would suggest that we make sure to tip our waitress more because they make little money. wouldnt the best solution be to pay them. perhaps a living wage? parking sucked.
