Chick-fil-a

This review is specifically about this location and not chick-fil-a.I have been coming to this location since they first opened, since it was closest to our home. Everytime I come here they never top off the fries.The chicken nuggets are always hard and overcooked. The aftertaste is like it was heated up in the microwave for too long. I've talked to the manager before and I'm sure they've had many complaints about the lack of fries in a large. This is the fastest and busiest chick-fil-a I've ever been to and was always impressed with the service otherwise. My family will be using the alliance location now since the food is better and more abundant.

I really don’t know why I keep trying to give this location a chance. I think I just keep coming here because it is close to my house. The cookies are always stale and the fries are either burnt or soggy. Recently I ordered four cloudberry drinks and I was given my drinks in kid cups because they were out of clear cups. I feel like I should have gotten them in medium cups since the kids cups are smaller than the clear cups. And the cloudberry drinks cost more than regular drinks. I pull up to the drive-thru window at 9pm and only one lane is open (left side.) I see that the right side flashed open so I drive over to it and as soon as I pull up the open light turns off and there is no one at the speaker. So I had to circle all the way around to go to the open line and once I get there both lanes are open again. Like what ??? I’m not coming back here. Please avoid this place. I’ll be driving to a location further away so I can get better quality food.

Fantastic Customer Service…. I have been dinning at the Keller location for several years. Each visit Rita makes it a point to Greet me and visit. She epitomizes Customer Service. You can tell she loves people and really enjoys what she does. In my opinion this is the Best Chick-fil-a anywhere. Keep up the Fantastic job Rita and I will see you soon.

Yet another update: Any restaurant requiring me to come inside to order gift cards loses my business. I am over this particular location. The service is too inconsistent for me. Update: The service at this location has drastically improved since my initial review. Dear Chick-fil-A Chocolate Chunk Cookie: You bring me joy...pure joy! 🍪 Old review: Drive-thru is extremely slow...every visit. After several/regular visits, I'm still waiting on the exception. The double lane concept doesn't appear to be working at this location. Generally an 8-10 minute wait after pulling in and before actually pulling out with order.

This was how the fry was delivered in delivery order. Frustrating when you charge extra fees for online orders. This was intended to be shared with 2 people but it was not even close to being full. We’ve had this issue a few times at this location is the only reason I’m posting this. Maybe the feedback can help improve quality. We love chick fil a, but this is frustrating.
