Wing Stop

Worst experience ever!! Had to repeat my order several times over the phone. When I got home I realized that they completely messed up my order and shorted me 15 wings. I called to get reimbursed for the 15 wings and the owner of the place was very rude and told me that he will not reimburse me and that if I wasn't satisfied just don't ever come back. Needless to say I will never go there again. Horrible service.

Horrible service! The owner is extremely rude and told me that I was lying when I called to tell them that they messed up my order. He told me that if I wasn't satisfied to not go back. They shorted me wings and also gave me plain unseasoned wings instead of flavored wings. I'll never go back there. Check your order before you leave and be prepared for the owner to be very rude and unprofessional when you tell them your order is wrong.

Very dissatisfied with our order and customer service today. Ordered the 75 piece wings and was short by 15 pieces and other 15 pieces were plain, which we never order flavorless wings. Besides, when my husband called in to complain and try to get his portion reimbursed, the cashier, put the owner on the phone and he had the most rude and unprofessional attitude possible. My husband tried to get him to understand the situation and he said we shouldn't go back to this location before we could explain. Besides taking 25 minutes more than stated, poor quality food, bad customer service and disrespectful owner. Won't be going back to this location.
