Service is fast. You go in to place the order then within 30 min u receive it. So the crowd outside not an issue.

So good!! I placed a pre-order over the phone 2 days before my pick-up date. I arrived when they opened in the morning for pickup, and there was already a line forming. I called to let them know I was there, and within a few minutes, I was called in to the head of the line in the store to pay. The mochi was so yummy and glad I was able to bring back home a few. Would highly recommend. All the flavors were very tasty, but our favorite was the Oreo cookie (blue) one. 💙🍪💙

Two Ladies is the mochi capital of America. The best, the softest, the chewiest, the most flavorful mochi I ever did have, and it's not too expensive! There may be a long line or no one in line at all, but no matter what the wait it's worth it!

Long line, but like Leonard's Bakery on Oahu, worth the wait. Freshly made mochi is amazing. They were out of lychee and lilikoi by the time I got to the counter, but plenty of other delicious choices. Still soft and fresh 2 days later (left covered on our kitchen table). Sparse parking (also like Leonard's), so it's an effort to buy there, but again, the mochi is Soooooo good. We got strawberry, mandarin orange, ube, daifuku. YUM.

The best mochis outside of Japan! Well worth the trip! We went there at the open of the store and didn’t have to wait long.

Very fun to try- haven’t had fresh mochi before. We were not fans at all. Would not eat again. I’m sure they made it just right, it was very soft. We didn’t like the texture inside any of them, or the traditional flavors. I really wanted to love the strawberry one, but the texture of the paste around the strawberries is like grainy bean. :(
if you have never tried it before, or you love traditional mochi give it a try :)

The best mochi you can find in Hawaii! I love two ladies and always make a point to stop in whenever I am in Hilo. You really can’t go wrong with any of the options they have, but the fresh fruit are particularly special!

The strawberry mochi is divine. Everything is made fresh on site and was so good. We ordered ahead and arrived early only to find our order was not made yet. That is how fresh and yummy. We got a selection and wished we had ordered a vouole strawberry ones

A must do whenever you're in Hilo. They have a variety of flavors and always fresh. In fact, they're only good for a couple of days so better eat up! Usually a wait even if you order ahead but so well worth it
