Zizzi - Haywards Heath

Met with a friend that lives locally to the Haywards Heath restaurant. I’ve got to say the service was great from all team members. Jodie especially made our night with the level of customer service; not only on our table but many. Jodie is a great asset to Zizzi and it is obvious she will go far in whatever she chooses in life; look after her. It’s a really lovely vibe here. Even though the restaurant was properly shut by the time I finished my 2nd wine, whoops! We still felt welcome and didn’t feel rushed (like other restaurants make you feel sometimes). The starters were impressive, I had the garlic pork meatballs and the Seabees (posh fish and chips) as my main course. All cooked well and will definitely be heading back soon!

Full stars rating. We didn't book, walked straight in and had a fast attentive service thereafter. The food was really hot, sometimes a bit enjoyably hot at the start, as we were really hungry! but really tasty overall. My only criticism would be that the table was a bit sticky when we sat down... Overall a nice Saturday night meal out unplanned.

My wife & I decided pretty much on the spur of the moment to eat at Zizzi restaurant, Haywards Heath. We had a very good meal which was made doubly enjoyable by our very attentive waitress Jodie who was keen to make sure everything was ok & who also found time to chat. Well done Jodie & thank you for making our meal out so enjoyable

Very busy and friendly service. Orders are taken through scanned barcode, but staff are willing to help for orders needing change. Was given pasta chips on the house that were very nice, with a little spice. Had the all the greens risotto, which was nice and a good sized meal. All in all, a quick and easy service.
