Hardee's

I never give reviews but this place was that bad.. I wish I could give no stars. This is literally the worst Hardee's I've ever tryed. Chicken burnt and old. Almost no roast beef on both sandwiches. Customer service is worthless. Not even a little communication. He just shut the door in my face for asking a question. Any 5 year old child as more brains then anyone in that building.

Weekday staff is fast and friendly and on point. Today I came on a Sunday at 6:05am. On the doors and online it states they open at 6:00am. Sat at speaker for 5 minutes just for the lady working inside to finally say "not open yet." Ask when they will open to be told again "not open" had to ask a second time since they are not following their own posted hours. And she finally.said about 30 minutes. Very rudely I might add. I will differently not be going here on weekends again. Someone needs to get managers in here to enforce working hours.

Several times I have been here now trying to give the benefit of the doubt with how shortages are going and such. But get the guy taking orders off the mic. Very rude. I honestly cant believe the customer service that lacks here.. the entire time at the window the employee didnt even speak to me. Took my payment, gave me my food, not a thank you.. have a good day, ect. Wont be returning. Ill drive across town to at least be treated how I treat others.
