Crabshakk Botanics

I love the original Crabshakk in Finnieston but this place is lovely for a change and the tables are far comfier The menus are very similar with slightly more choice here on the standard menu I usually have the large scallops with fries, in anchovy butter. It's just delicious Desserts were lovely also and the vinho verde tasty

What a fantastic restaurant. The food was incredible and the service was excellent. We had the large Mussels followed by the whole lemon Sole and Monkfish cheeks. For dessert we had the special mouse with plums and white chocolate & the Espresso and Amoretto ice cream. Drinks were lager, rum and two glasses of Riesling. Every flavour was exceptional and the food was cooked to perfection. Even the trip to the W/C was a treat! Lol. Top marks! Thoroughly recommended.

This is one of the best restaurants I've visited in a while. The girl that served our table was incredibly sweet, and complimentary to us. The service was fast and efficient, and all the staff kept us updated when our food was a little delayed. The decor is very modern and comfortable. We tried the fried whitebate (which were my favourite thing on the menu - so crispy and light), the smoked fish platter, two oysters and a side of fries. Everything was absolute perfection!!! They also had a good list of gins and vodkas to choose from. Our bill came to around £75 (icl. Tip) for all the above dishes and 2 alcoholic drinks each. I would recommend this to any lover of seafood! I will be back again, and again.
