The owner greeted us personally, very hospitable and couldn't have been nicer. The food was just spectacular, all of our party had the buffet and there was something for everyone.

We visited here tonight for my dad’s 50th birthday dinner. It was my first time here, although it was a little quiet when we first arrived so we weren’t as sure at first but as soon as we were seated the waiter came right over and took all our orders and chatted away. My sister is gluten free and they catered for her perfectly, even making gluten free chapatti bread for her! Can’t fault this place. We ordered off the main menu and the food was just delicious. Great portions, maybe a little more than we bargained for. Great night and great meal, would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

It turns out that I came here 25 years ago when I had my first ever Indian buffet, it was marvellous and I've always wondered if I would go back, and if so what it would be like. Well, it was great and we had a lovely buffet once again.
There is a good selection of dishes, all labelled so you know what they are and how hot they are.
Starters, mains and desserts are all part of the buffet.

The place is amazing. The proprietor was cordial & helpful. Made exact recommendations for our tastes. Our dishes were outstanding. 1 lamb, 1 prawn. The atmosphere is beautifully traditional, not to mention dazzeling clean. If you get to Glasgow & eat out 1 night, make this restaurant your choice.

Best curries in the UK. Always 5 star. Whenever I am in Glasgow I try to visit Waseem and his restaurant.

Been going here 30 years and its clean and well serviced. Small buffet but authentic and delicious. Needs a revamped sweet choice with buffet. Not much of a selection. Where's the chocolate ?meringues? snowballs?🍩🍨🍰🍪🍡🍭costco cakes???

Still a classic restaurant. The place is a bit dated and could do with a freshen up. The buffet is good value for money and the food is lovely, however, I would gladly pay a little extra to get rid of one of the many vegetable pakoras on offer in exchange for another chicken/meat starter, possibly wings or something like that. I would love to see a paneer curry if possible. The staff are, as always extremely attentive, they genuinely feel like nothing is too much trouble.

I love the koh I noor, you get the whole experience. From the decor to the background music not to mention the food!!! Which is amazing!!! Great choice, and great value with a lunch and pre theatre menu, buffet and a la carte menu. The service is great too, attentive without being over so. The only down side for me is the toilets are down some quite steep stairs which for me, having mobility problems, is not great. But otherwise I'd recommend it to anyone.

Old school city centre Indian restaurant, apparently oldest in Glasgow. Lovely decor, quick service from friendly staff. Lunch menu, traditional dishes. Fabulous old style coffee with sweets.
