Denny's

We ordered the strawberry crepe plate and received only the eggs and hash brown and after talking to a lady about our order we found out after we had finished the eggs and hash browns we found out they could not find the crepes in the freezer. I had to ask for a second cup of coffee and for the refills. Our waiter was a male and I would not recommend him as a waiter. They did reduce our order price because of the mistake but the wait was long and I could go but will stop here.

Felt terrible for the ONE waiter that was in by himself. I would have walked out if it was me working. He was working his butt off. I know Denny's is always slow with not much business (any time we've been in) but to not have anyone scheduled or a back up person if needed, is just ridiculous. We were patient and went there because we were NOT in a hurry but other patrons were not as nice or understanding.

I use to go to this Dennys quit often but the last manager was a $#^@ so I stopped. We decided to try again today since it's been a while since the last time and there was a new manager Marina and she is awesome! Finally a manager that serves table and is competent! She had her team doing their jobs and the place was clean and the food was good. Better service then most 5 star restaurants! Take notes folks!

This Denny's is definitely above average when compared to other Denny's restaurants. The service was excellent, even with them being understaffed and fairly busy. Our server was happy, helpful, and attentive. My coffee was refilled several times. Overall the service we had is probably the best service I've ever had at a Denny's restaurant. The food was good. We ate breakfast. The pancakes we're the highlight of the meal. It was above average for Denny's. But it's still Denny's, you know what your getting in terms of food quality. The one strike against this restaurant was the cleanliness. The floors were a little dirty and the bathrooms were dirty. This could have been a problem due to this location being understaffed, but it is still a problem. If your looking for a better than average Denny's this place fits the bill.

Denny's is Denny's. They will get you fed. Nothing special. However, I will say that the staff was very sweet and hard working. Everyone is short of help and doing their best these days. This location today was definitely doing their best to try to make everything pleasant. That makes you feel good as a customer and makes up for any short comings that may have been experienced during the visit.

Made an online order for 7 people and even tho they were understaffed and had only one cook. They were nice and did a great job with everything. Took a bit of time but we understood why. Always be nice, never know what people go through our breakfast was delicious and they got all our orders correct

Probably our favorite Denny's location in the metro...so far. The waitress was nice, service was good, bathrooms were CLEAN, dining area was nice, they were staffed. Definitely will go back to this location. Update after several more visits. Still like this Denny's location the most in the metro. Added a couple more pics as well.
