Bob Evans

It does not take much for me to give a great review. I expect three things; great food including accuracy of my order, keep my drink full, and good service. I've given up on great service as it had gotten hard to find. The food was ok thus two starts instead of one, but I ordered scrambled eggs. As you can see from the picture, that is not what I was served. My coffee ran empty three times as it was a long wait for my food. When I asked for more creamer, the waitress got perturbed. Overall, I would not recommend Bob Evans or at least this one.

Staff was rude to their customers.. & complaining about customers in front of other incoming customers. We had 3 different staff members take care of us. Our actual waiter was young & I believe him to be new, he did very well. However, the wait for our food was well over 30 minutes & when we went to pay for our meal, the lady checking us out was on her phone.. while checking us out. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend this location, I’ve been to multiple bob evans locations & always have great experiences.. this one, is quite disappointing.

I have to say since Covid the quality of food from the last two Bob Evans I’ve been to has severely went down hill, I ordered two piece fried chicken and this is what I got, it tasted like it was cooked in old oil, looked like it had been cooked way earlier and refried when I ordered, brighter note door dash was on point though

Anti customer behavior.... Tonight we spent well over $100 on burnt nasty food.... How does one burn broccoli???? The biscuits were hard as rocks....the fried chicken was burnt to the point of being uneditable. The problem with the food was addressed to staff both waitress and management and instead of customer being b right.... This was not the case. We were blown off and told the food was fine take it or leave it. Needless to say after our party of ,,7 was served burnt nasty food we left hungry after paying a $100 tab. Never will we be back. This is becoming a more frequent problem at this location.

I get food from here all the time! But today January 4th 2021 this morning for breakfast I ordered a pick up order. When I went in the guy at the register did not acknowledge me and after helping someone he walked off after seeing me stand there behind the other customer! Then a girl with brown hair that was pregnant saw me but helped other people around me! Not sure if they thought someone helped me but I stood there for 10 min! No one greeted me or acknowledge me which was rude and not very good customer service! I will be contacting there corporate office about this because that’s how they lose buisness! They did call my name out and I said I got the to go order! The guy didn’t thank me just handed me the bag. I will not be back! I give 1 star because customer service there sucks!
