Lots of food choices unlike some other Dunkin's in the locality. First time here, well maintained and the restroom was also neat. Only bummer was that a machine was broken and did not get out 1st choice drink. I will go again without second thoughts.

Went at around 8am and ordered a wrap. 20 minutes later they still hadn’t made it and ignored when I asked multiple times. Had to leave without the wrap because they would not make it and seemed to have forgot.

Went here, the staff was friendly.
The quality, i liked it. The only thing was: when I asked the respective person if i could have matcha latte without ice, they surprisingly said um you can’t have it without it. I asked if i can, because this is my regular order if i have any iced drink.
I just want to say, it’s a really clean place, the food was completely okay! But it is disappointing. Let’s normalize not adding ice in iced drinks please?? 🙂

Rude customer service. They really need to work on it. The reps were upset when i complained about coffee not being hot. I ordered a hot coffee:) I visited this location after few years, well aware of the costumer service in the past. Sadly there was no change. :(

Unprofessional. Went in because they sold a used gift card to my husband. Girl in the back was smirking the whole time. Also phone lines are always down they said, BS they were ringing till they turned them off.

The donut tasted good but looks very ugly. Drink tasted perfectly the way I wanted it.
