Went the other day for drinks with some friends and had an amazing time! Was served by Niamh K, she was really nice and her cocktails were great! Will definitely be coming back soon :)

The arrangement is very much especially for couples. I came with my girlfriend for the boosey brunch and we were happy with the different options offered considering its price. You’re allowed up to 6 drinks each compared to other places which do a lot less. In regards to the service, we were very happy with Begs and Lewis. They were always checking on us to see if we were okay and needed anything and they were very nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend the boosey brunch at S&L. The staff are great!

Was a little quiet when we were there but food choice and quality was great. Good choice of half price cocktails and Begs behind the bar was friendly and helpful. A nice place for a meal and drinks

The other day, we went into Slug and Lettuce as we were walking past and were intrigued to see the menu. We were served by Joe was super friendly and welcoming. He was extremely attentive and made our experience wonderful, will definitely be coming back soon😎

Amy was the warmest and most welcoming individual. Having never stepped into a slug and lettuce before I was nervous, however Amy blew me away. She catered to our every need, ensuring that our food and drinks were perfect for us (they definitely were). We were even able to order through the app with her help and explored the boujee range of cocktails. Everything was high quality, an incredible atmosphere. I cannot thank Amy enough for my experience here. Safe to say I will definitely be returning.

INCREDIBLE! Came in and was greeted by the wonderful Amy. I couldn’t fault anything. The food was hot and looked as amazing as it tasted. Our drinks came to us very quickly. Amy was a star. A pure heart of gold. Nothing was too much for her. She really went above and beyond for us. Thank you again.

I have visited Slug & Lettuce George street several times for food and nights out. Every time I have experienced first rate service and have always been impressed with the high quality food and fantastic 2 for 1 cocktails. All staff have always been lovely but one of the managers, Amy, is particularly amazing and has gone above and beyond several times to make our experience extra special!
I regularly recommend this venue to friends and family looking for a great day or night out in Edinburgh:)

It was my first time visiting slug and lettuce, what an amazing restaurant/bar. The overall experience was great, nice atmosphere and great service. The one highlight in particular was a member of bar staff named Elliot, very polite young man. He had went above and beyond his job requirements for me and it didn’t go unnoticed. The food quality was great, definitely recommend the fish and chips. Will definitely be visiting again!

Ask for the wifi as there is no signal which makes ordering a pain when u have to go up and order at the counter. The staff were so busy but did so well.enjoyed myself.
