The white guy at the drive thru is very rude, he wouldn’t allow me to add a quick desert to my order even though I was already sitting in the drive thru waiting, and continued to wait for about 5 more minutes after he told me no. Once I asked why I couldn’t add it if my food wasn’t ready, he caught an attitude. He gave us expired ranch and no napkins, wow. It wasn’t until my friend but her nugget and realized that the ranch tasted weird, that we realize it was expired! Now if she gets sick that’s a whole lawsuit because the employee was being careless. If you don’t like you’re job just quit and find something better, don’t take it out on your customers. Will never come back!

This fast food location is one of the most disgusting places I have ever purchased food from. The food was awful, and they had adulterated it (i.e., put non food items, such as hair, in my food) and the staff and in particular, the management are incredibly rude. I tried to complain to the corporate office for this franchisee, and they refused to call me back or to settle the matter. I hope this place goes bankrupt; good riddance. They loathe customers and deliver awful products and service.

Checkers proudly advertises their fries, and they are certainly quite good. Crispy seasoned outside with a soft piping hot center. Sometimes a bit greasy, but we've had pretty good luck getting them fresh most of the time. As for the rest of the food, it is average for a drive-through fast food joint. Burgers are okay, chicken is better. Fish is somewhat on the strong side, but not fishy. BBQ sauce is good on the boneless wings, but the meat tends to have a lot of breading. Service has always been quick and friendly. Never had any issues with items wrong or missing in my order. This location can be consistently counted on for a quick and fresh fast food fix.
