Mod Pizza

Fast and quick service. You'll get your choice of pizza in a couple of minutes. It's true you that you can get as many toppings as you like for one price. However, be aware that this will take longer to get your pizza done and often the ingredients are not thoroughly warm or crust is burnt. Optimal baking is best with few toppings without exaggerating.

I don't really like giving negative reviews but I've just never had a good experience at any Mod Pizza location including this one. Many people seem to think they are getting a deal because of the unlimited toppings but the pizza here simply isn't good and the employees never seem to be able to keep the orders moving along efficiently. When it comes to pizza, the quality of the ingredients is very important and Mod just doesn't have it. The tomato sauce has no tomato flavor. Even the tomatoes have no tomato flavor. The cheese smells like feet. On this particular day at this location a customer ahead of me received their pizza and the crust was quite badly burned. The worker said they would make her a new one but after a while it became clear that it was going to be some time before they got around to working on that so the customer decided she would just take her burned pizza. This is despite the fact that there were several employees around and very few customers. As I mentioned before, they just don't seem to be able to move things along efficiently and it's not just this location. After a while an employee approached the customer now eating her burned pizza and rather than offer a refund they offered a discount on her next visit. Pretty low cost customer service move considering she probably will never come back. And neither will I. Other places like Blaze and Pieology have very similar business models and pricing and product yet provide a much better customer service and flavor experience.
