I would leave 0 stars if I could sat for almost an hour in the drive through with only 3 cars in the drive through 4 cars drove off while we were waiting including the one in front of us to get the wrong food that was cold with hair in it to boot the celina location needs to be closed down till they get their act together asked the employees what the problem was and they were no help just told me to complain to corporate which is conveniently closed at this time we've been patient for over a year with this location and I'm over it I'm ready to start protesting in their parking lot I shouldn't have to wait longer for taco bell than a fancy sit down resturaunt

My crunch wrap didn't have the chip in it to make it crunchy. Whomever did line 28th and 29th of April missed it. Altho they did put my chicken in it instead of beef. Otherwise I couldn't eat it. Their beef always makes me sick I'm not sure why, cause everyone else who orders something with beef never gets sick. 🤔

If I coups pick no stars I would .place is disgusting 😒 the place is never clean even the drive thru waited 35 minutes last week just to order food in a line of 16 cars . No body to take orders .it used to he a great place now it's terrible ..can't even see thru window at drive thru its soo disgusting and not thats along with the hygiene of the manager and employees ..first time I'd been there in months and not going back till health dept comes in..

Just tried to stop at the restaurant in Celina, Ohio and they would not take my order at the front counter. The wanted me to use the kiosk or app. I told them that I just want to order at the counter and they said they don't have a till at the front counter. Which makes no sense since I would be paying cash anyway s. I told them if they did not take my order I was just going to leave. And you can tell that I left and am now eating at I different Mexican restaurant. I will never go there again, this is not the first time something like this happened at Taco Bell in Celina Ohio. Not sure how they are going to stay in business but good luck.

The worst taco bell I've ever been too sat in line for 40 minutes to just get told that their machine was down. Withing the past week me and my wife went and they messed our order up so I went inside to get it corrected and was yelled at because "the dining room is closed" this location is a dumpster fire and needs a lot of improvement

Great and friendly service! 😊 The only drawback is the Irregular hours. They are no longer open at 3am. They changed their hours to 2am and then 1:30 and now 12:30. I try to get there right after work at 12:13 but they're not even open. They offer a really generous military discount though! 😊 I'm going to give 4/5 due to the inconsistent hours lately. When everything goes back to normal I'll update my review as it's only fair and I know how reviews affect businesses around here. I really recommend the breakfast! Thanks for the tacos! 🥰
