Ordered Singapore Mei Fun and wrote VEGETARIAN in the instructions and received meat in my noodles. Asked the lady to replace them and she told me I made a mistake because I didn’t write “no meat”. I told her by definition, Vegetarian means no meat and her colleague also confirmed that she didn’t understand what Vegetarian meant. They told me they would send a new order and I waited patiently for 45 mins before calling to see where my order was and she said sorry the driver is busy. She didn’t seem to care that they didn’t get the order right or that I was starving and waiting for a long time since getting the original order (2 hrs earlier!). At the end of it she told me to cancel the order because the driver said “he can’t make it because he’s too busy”. This is the worst customer service I’ve had in a looong time. Fortunately, there are many Asian restaurants to choose from in my area. Won’t be going back again, especially after they refused to acknowledge any fault or make it right.

The reviews are very misleading. People must not know what good chinese food is supposed to taste like. The sauces are just salty rather than tangy and flavorful. And I've never seen dark meat inside of dumplings before. The rice is even a weird shape and texture. Never again.

The food is disappointing. They didn’t give me the right ordered I called to get a refund and it was not given. So I asked for them to correct it and was allowed to go pick up a small pork fried rice. Half the suave spilt all over the bag. Such a mess. I will never go to this place ever again. How can someone mess up rice it’s unbelievable! And the chicken wasn’t even chicken it was very thin and mostly breaded. It was disgusting.

Don't buy food in this place. They false advertise in the menu. I ordered beef with snow peas, the most expensive item in the menu. They gave me beef with green beans instead. No refund was offered. They wanted me to take the dish fir them rake a look. They knew what the have done. Never again for me. I will notify rhe BBB as well. Hopefully they inv eww investigate this business.

Im confused by the good reviews I ordered Szechuan Chicken and Chicken with Garlic Sauce. Both tasted exactly the same and neither were good. Had this soapy metallic taste I could barely eat it. Very disappointed. Very.

This restaurant despite having good food has horrible customer service. They do not know how to follow order instructions and I honestly don't think they care one way or the other. The delivery service is terrible. The delivery people or person is slow and they don't ring the door bell when they arrive. They just leave your food outside to get cold or maybe even taken. I will never order from them ever again nor will I recommend any of my friends, family, or co workers to frequent their establishment. They clearly do not care about their customers. The food is not cheap by any stretch of the imagination. This is North Jersey where restaurants especially chinese take out is dime a dozen. It would be in this restaurants best interest to make their customers happy or they will find themselves without customers who will be happily eating somewhere else where they feel appreciated.
