Panda Express

Just spent 19 bucks on a 3 side and rice and a bowl for my wife, This is the spicy beef before I even ate it I looked at it and thought it looks a little old. Taste it and it’s so gross like it’s days old it taste it’s horrible the consistency of it is horrible, the rice was hard and old as well! The beef broccoli was old and tough and chewy too…. How the heck are you going to serve me old nasty food ?!? It’s sad to see this becoming the new Normal at food chains , young workers careless and just blaming all the mess ups on worker shortages . There’s no excuse for integrity and if your working in a customer service job you should have SOME integrity

Placed my order at 943 pm online and paid for it. Arrived at 10pm as my food was supposed to be ready at 955 pm. Waited till 1015 to get my food after watching everyone walk in and walk out with their food. The online ordering is a joke. I asked 3 times for my order and kept getting an excuse that the noodles were not done. BS, the guy was busy filing walk in orders and after all that, I was missing my grilled chicken when I got home. Save yourself time and frustration by just walking in and ordering. You'll be happier or just go somewhere else. Hope this helps.

The food is ok but some of the workers are incredibly rude . I’ve had some family member work there before and they know the rules etc. the workers won’t listen to anything you request. One time they forgot a whole plate and I had to go back from home to pick it up . They could care less that it happened they would even refund me the plate for my troubles . Another time I had to wait for one of the entrees to finish cooking once o saw they competed my order they started helping under eats drivers first I mentioned to one of them that I had been waiting along time already and I wanted my plate they told me to wait my turn I told them it was my turn a long time ago so then she grabbed my bag put all the napkins, hot sauce etc in the bag then continued to help the Uber drivers I told her can you please finish up my order so I can leave? She told me again to wait until I yelled at her she listened and check me out I told her it doesn’t make sense that my food is sitting there and she’s not checking me out! Then she helped me . And another time one of the guys put literally 4?pieces of orange chicken we told him we know it’s supposed to be 1 scoop and a half not just one he said no would not listen even though we were upset and didn’t serve us anymore . Keep in mind because of the horrible experience s it takes us a long time to return because we rather not deal with the workers we started buying orange chicken from Costco and making white rice at home ! Just as good or better!

Went in still an hour until closing. They were busy pans were low/empty. Employees running everywhere (scattered). Paid before we got our order and had to wait for order to be filled, then the employee tried to hand me only part of my order he didn't really know what I actually ordered. Got home realized items were missing, disappointed with portions (pretty skimpy for an over $40 order) kungpao chicken mostly vegetables. tried to call and a couple times and no one answered.

So very disappointed in our meal. We had NEVER had a bad meal at Panda Express. We ordered the family meal so with delivery our meal was just shy of $60. The shrimp was either hours old or overcooked. It was so har we had great difficulty eating it…the fried rice was crunchy… we were extremely disappointed. We then attempted to call back and there was no answer… It was 8:40pm…. Ugh

Ordered ahead cuz this place is usually busy,. Came in 4 min after app said it would be ready, they hadn't even pulled the order receipt from the computer. They apologized and said it would be ready in a couple minutes. I waited for almost 20 minutes and it still wasn't even started. I told them forget the order, and refund my order. Apparently they can't refund my order if placed on the app?! So I paid for a meal I didn't get. 😡

The quality has gotten worse year after year. The wok fried shrimp tasted old . The orange chicken was hard and the rice was old or undercooked. Disappointed when I see so many employees running around with there heads cut off. I don't see my self coming back in the future due to feeling sick after eating here.
