Normally I love JJs because they get your food to you quick... and I’m not one to complain. I like writing good reviews not bad. But I placed an order before my lunch break at work thinking the food would be there when I went on lunch... my work is about 5 min from this location. After about 45 min my order tracker said delivered but I did not have my food. I called the store and they said the driver was called back to the store and it would be there soon. After another 30 min still no food and my lunch break was long over....so I called and asked to cancel my order and get a refund... I was hung up on. I contacted customer support and was told I would get refunded... it’s been almost two weeks of back and forth with them telling me my refund is coming..... super disappointed.

Recently, I got a sub from here and it was a great experience overall. The workers are extremely kind, the restaurant was exceptionally clean, and my order was completed quickly. These reasons make this Jimmy John’s a great place to stop and eat! The first reason Jimmy John’s is a great place to visit for a friendly meal is the pleasant attitude of the employees. My order was taken and read back to me in a very professional manner. The employee thanked me for coming, and got right to work on my order. When he was finished, he thanked me again and wished me a good rest of my day. This exceeded my expectations for a fast food chain. Another reason I would recommend this location was because I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the restaurant. There is nothing worse than a gross feeling environment when someone else is preparing your food and your appetite gets turned off. Every table was wiped down and free of crumbs. The floors were swept and trash was emptied. The clean feeling really helped me enjoy my food. The last reason I would suggest you visit this Jimmy John’s is for their famous “Freaky Fast” speed of service. The employee I worked with was efficient, and a professional multi-tasker. I observed him glide from one end of the counter to the other and even throw the bread scraps over his shoulder into the trash bin. It was fun to watch and they can be trusted to deliver your order accurately if you are ever in a rush. These things combined make this location an exceptional place to stop for food if are in a hurry and looking for a good sub.

I ordered my food at 11:55am and it just got delivered (12:45pm). I wanted to order from JJ since it’s supposed to have “freaky fast” delivery. I called the store and they said they were waiting for their delivery driver to come out. This was 20 minutes ago. I’m very disappointed and won’t be ordering from this location again. They need to have more delivery people on staff, so people don’t have to wait an hour for their order.
