Ordered Pizza, stuffed crust. Cardboard tastes better than this pizza. The only redeeming feature was the cheese inside the crust. I had to throw away the rest of the pizza. I could cook and eat a tombstone pizza and it and the cardboard it came on would taste better.. Save your money, either buy elsewhere or make your own pizza.

We normally love the pizzas but the last year or so between mixed up with our order and the pizza being under Cooked And the quality and customer service has gone down a lot we tried ordering pizzas tonight with a coupon that we've had for over 2 decades and The staff was very rude over the phone, We were told they didn't know how to ring up our coupon and that we would have to pay full price for the pizzas.

Usually I have had no issues with making orders and getting what I ordered right away, but the last few times in a row I have ordered something on the app, they ended up messing up the order. This last time I ordered one cookie dough ice cream and one peanut butter ice cream, they gave me 2 peanut butter ones. I didn't look til I got home. The one before that they messed up with the dipping sauce for the cheese sticks. I ordered cheese dip and they gave marinara. I didn't look til I got home then either but figured I paid more for it so I went back. I recommend looking at the items they give before leaving to make 100% certain it is accurate.

Caseys pizza use to be so good. USE to be. We decided to order pizza tonight so i placed it online and prepaid for it. It said that it would be ready in 20 minutes. We get there and once again they are apparently backed up in orders. Finally we go back to get the pizza, the guy in the back says that he isnt going to deliver the pizza and the the cashier says its for pick up. We get the pizza home and one of the pizzas literally have RAW dough covered up with uncooked veggies and the cheese isnt even all of the way melted! How nasty! This isnt the first time this has happened. I think we will be getting our pizza from Kwik Trip or Cenex from now on.

Not impressed with chicken qusaidilla pizza No flavor at all. Love every other pizza we've had but this one is a dog. I give it 2 stars because driver was 10mins early. As a owner/operator of my own business. I see what your problem is. Believe it or not. You have to be there to fully train the people who are running your business. If your not there to coach and train. You will run your business in the ground. For what its worth I ran 2 separate into bankruptcy. I now have a successful business because I'm there everyday meeting and taking care of my customers. You have to be hands on especially these days. Take it for whats it worth. Just trying to help you.⁷

First I was unable to get anyone to answer the phone for an hour so I finally decided to order online (even though I wanted it delivered) it said would be ready in an hour so went to pick it up and they hadn't even started making it! I'm so angry if I hadn't already paid for it I would definitely gone elsewhere. I'm now looking at a pizza that took an hour and a half to get with a horrible layer of grease dripping off of it. Totally disgusting!!
