The Buffet At The Isle Casino

Beware This is not the experince you are used to. was one of the first in line and got the crab bucket which was my 1st mistake. they tasted liked they were boiled with dirty socks 3 hrs earlier. To say the fare was limited is an understatement. It was beyond underwhelming. Please stay away until they can put on a proper buffet. to top it all off their wasn't any dessert.

Horrible meal. I wouldn't call this a buffet. Due to the coronavirus, the items are serve to you. I was with a party of 9 on friday night and everyone was totally disappointed. You can't just get the $14.99 crabs without paying for the $24.95 "buffet"! The meats were, (dried) bake chicken, (unseasoned) "catfish" and shrimp. Vegetables were turnip greens, (straight from Old Glory can), black eye peas, ( I enjoyed them) and corn & potatoes in the crab container. (You don't get them if you don't order the crabs too!). We were offer a variety of cakes or pies. We chose pecan pie and cheese cake. I enjoyed the pecan pie but all of us agreed that the cheesecake was too warm. I guess that box that it came from had sit out of the refrigerator too long. I enjoyed my small crabs but several others in the group sent their back due to overcooked, undercooked, sour taste or unseason. This"buffet" was horrible. No one went back for seconds. We should have gone to Bubba Gump's...

The place was filthy... There were multiple tables that had not been cleaned or cleared from previous customers. The food was cold, bland and hard even on the warming stations. There were knats in the dessert case. But the worse part was there was old chewing gig stuck to the bottom of my plate... The plates are face up when you pick them up so it wasn't until I sat down and rotated my plate to start eating that I found it. The crab legs and butter are served cold and if you ask the manager for a replacement bucket you only get half of the serving. The worse part of informing the manager of the gum on my plate was him not believing me and feeling for the gum before offering the option to refund my money. So disgusted and will never ever go back.

We came into The Buffet to get my wife the bucket of crab, but unfortunately it wasn't available on that particular day which I think should be made clearer in the advertising. We came for lunch and it was about 30 something for the both of us which wasn't bad. It was heavy on the southern fried and cajun foods, and overall I thought it was good but didn't blow my mind or anything. I guess I expected a lot out of a fancy casino buffet.

"The Buffet" is all you can eat if you can stomach any of the food. Quite a disappointment. We have tried multiple casino buffets in the area.This is by far the worst. It is the most expensive ($30.99+ tax), but we went because they were the only one advertising King Crab. The King Crab & the Reese's Pieces from the ice cream area were the only two items worth eating. We tried a bite of most of the items in hope something would help turn this place around... not even the soft serve ice cream tasted right. The staff (serving staff was friendly enough) could be seen 5 minutes before they stop letting people in checking their watches, pulling food, and refusing to replace items as simple as ice cream cones. Highly Not Recommended :( It is hard for a place to get a 5 star review from me, but even harder to receive a 1 because I like to remain as positive as possible. Don't waste your money here though. It surely will lead to disappointment.
