Perfectly placed by the elevators on the casino floor inside of the Hard Rock. TONS of options for ice cream and toppings. The employees were super sweet with positive attitudes. You can definitely see the smile through the mask on the kid who made the BANANA SPLIT OF MY DREAMS. Worth every penny.

Staff needs little more training of what to put is in each advertised item Maybe put on staff side of counter as well. Sure they were new hires for summer. Great cookies

It's usually packed and the couple of times I did get ice cream 🍦 it started melting before I got to the vehicle downstairs. The shakes are not all that to me. My husband says I am too picky. He doesn't like it at all. Anyone working in the food industry should have to wear gloves and sanitize the equipment, area, and hands between customers. I have OCD from being in the Army and cleanliness is a big deal.

Love Ben and Jerry’s 🍦 They have a ton of options and it’s all delicious. My only negative about this shop is the location inside hard rock. It’s a hassle to park and get inside. I got a chocolate dipped cone with coffee and chocolate fudge brownie!!😍 It’s also expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion.

Delicious ice cream but the staff seemed uninterested. Almost like they didn't want to be there. Also I got a cute shot glass that looks like a milk pal.

To our surprise the ice cream was so good and cheap. The toffee ice cream, triple caramel chunk, and cannoli was so yummy!! The service was fine. It is located inside the Hard Rock on the main second floor up the escalators. I do recolonization getting a chocolate dipped waffle cone. Yummmny! Overall, this ice cream joint was so yummy and refreshing! 🍨 🧊
