A lovely cafe in a beautiful location. I would highly recommend the scones, they are delicious. My hot drink was lukewarm, I would have liked it hotter. Also, we couldn't get a take away coffee because they were too busy. Apparently they don't do take away drinks when they're busy.

We ordered 2 burgers (menu says medium) the meat inside was red, raw and chewy, we had to remove it and eat them without the meat. Cafe was busy, so we didn’t want to complain and stress the staff. Disappointing.

That was the worst place I have ever eaten, I’m not even exaggerating the beef tasted off. The macaroni and cheese was actually inedible (a meal that is supposed to be for kids). They seasoned with herb that was so strong and tasted sooo bad. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Extremely disappointed by the rude service by a female staff member here today. It’s not ok to rudely order a paying customer to sit down so abruptly while we were just figuring out how to order and pay. She then bossed around other staff in our presence who seemed just as shocked as we were. Other staff were friendly and nice this one girl however was a bully and made a scene because we were not familiar how to order and pay or where to order from.

Grumpy, incompetent staff. Went for a bite to eat on Sunday for lunch and nothing on the menu was appetising, all we wanted was eggs on GF toast, a pie, toasted sandwich or the like. Everything on the menu was weird like peanut butter cheeseburger. Keep it simple, keep it easy and quick. People are going to the gallery and dont have 5 days and 5 nights to wait for staff to move and serve you. DO NOT RECOMMEND

If I can give this cafe minus 20 I would!!! Ordered the penne and it was SO salty it was uneatable! The staff seem nice but are very smug….I told them that I couldn’t eat it at all yet they charged us the full amount Because “some was eaten” being two bites of it! Don’t waste your money or time! Horrible

Great location to celebrate my partner and friends successfully running the 5km FunRun!
Coffee was delicious also! Beautiful location, always lovely to enjoy the parks in Bendigo!

This cafe is nowhere as good as it was. The hot drinks were lukewarm only, despite asking for extra hot, no sugar supplied until too late, the crockery (cups) are badly stained, and the food was not really enjoyable. It will be a long time before I go there again, if ever. I hope it can improve for when the Elvis exhibition begins.
