Starbucks

Went there today and they were definitely short-staffed but you wouldn't know it because the three employees who were there were rocking it at 110%! I've never seen people work so hard and so fast, and still have a great attitude about it. I highly suggest Starbucks give them all bonuses, raises, and do what they need to do to find more employees so these ones don't get burnt out.

I got a gift card given to me recently so i decided to go in. I got me and the lady flying a sign on the corner a peppermint hot cocoa. I paid a few dollars cash on top of the gift card but it was well worth it to see the smile of appreciation on her face and the pure gratitude from her. We talked a few, listened to some music playing from her bluetooth speaker and danced like we didn't have a care in the world. It was a little piece of happiness on a cold grey evening.

The store was clean and welcoming upon entering - they were open today! They have been closed the last few days due to air quality - so check their google hours before driving. Their shelves stocked and merched nicely. Upon going to the counter we were greeted and ordered. The team of 4 were fantastic at making our food and very expedient at both food n drinks. We spent about $40.00 at this SB in food and drink items alone (which is above the normal 20-25 we spend) because they did such a great job with the make on drinks (we got some for the road!). I’ve been to 4 different SBs in the last week trying to find the one that could make the Pumpkin Spice Latte with expertise and this one nailed that but also all of our custom drinks. Hit this one up if you’re able. People know what they are doing, they are polite, listen well, and are well trained. They are doing it right! Keep up the great work team!
