Chocolate Carousel did my wedding cake and I couldn't have been happier with the result. I'd heard horror stories that wedding cakes sacrifice taste for aesthetics, not so with this, it was beautiful and tasty! The almond cake was absolutely delicious and the custard filling is almost criminally good. I'm still getting rave reviews of the cake from my guests. We also ordered cake pop favors from them as well, and the were so beautiful, with the his and hers design, and they were sublime and tasty. They were extremely professional, easy to work with and made our dream cake. It's also a massive plus that in a year they will rebake our top layer for a price, sure beats having to make space in our freezer for a year and meant we got to eat the top layer once we were home, and the cake was so amazingly good that we WANTED to.

Chocolate Carousel was amazing! They made us a beautiful cake that was even more delicious! We also had cupcakes as well and they were a popular hit with our guests as well. 10/10! We’ve used them additionally for a grooms cake and a 50th birthday cake. All equally delicious and beautiful! We drive an hour to pick up sweets from this bakery because they are that good!

Chocolate Carousel did an amazing job on our wedding cake!!! We had a baseball themed wedding and they executed our vision! Not only did it look amazing it was delicious!!! From the taste testing, to the decorating, and to the last steps was so easy because of them! We would definitely recommend this bakery to anybody for any event to a wedding!!! Everybody is so helpful and genuinely sweet people! Everything they make is a perfect 10!!! Thank you again for the perfect cake for us!

Highly Recommend Chocolate Carousel! Delicious and decorated beautifully! It was so effortless to make our wedding cake vision come to life with chocolate carousel. The first phone consult was so simple and I sent over a few photos of our decor and they with no hesitation, made all of our requests a reality (especially our peek-a-boo fondant replica of our dog Cooper) Our cake tasting was above and beyond what we expected, both in regards to flavor and quantity! Our wedding cake was delivered on time, and was exactly what we ordered and more ! The cake even tasted as if it had just been baked right that day, which is rare at most weddings we've attended. After going to multiple bakeries including our “go to” we kept getting “no” for what I thought was a simple design . Took the chance on Chocolate Carousel for my gender reveal cake. I want to say that other than the pink not being exactly what I wanted, the cake came out perfect! To the T of the design I sent and asked for. The flavor and texture of the cake was amazing and it was perfect for my party. I will say that although greeted by a very nice and helpful front desk greeter, once she went back to get a “designer” that’s when the customer service went a little left. The designer seemed annoyed with me and my partner like she didn’t want to listen and wanted to hurry us out. When we wanted to look at the order sheet in the end just to confirm I actually caught her rolling her eyes. I would have probably been able to explain the pink I wanted better if she didn’t have such an attitude. Usually I would have said something but didn’t want to cause a scene so I let it go but it left a bad taste in my mouth for a first impression. I would say make sure staff , even if annoyed try to be as nice as possible to customers as our friends and family have many many parties through the year where we order cakes and will still recommend this bakery and will most likely be back. But that could have easily not been the case because of the service of the designer. Thanks for the amazing cake everyone loved!

Chocolate carousel made our absolutely stunning wedding cake on 5/12/23 and while it was gorgeous, it was also so delicious! The whole process was so easy everybody was so professional. The bakery itself s absolutely adorable and from now on my family, and I will always be ordering special occasion cakes from them. I cannot recommend them enough.

Chocolate Carousel provided the wedding cake for mine and my partner's commitment ceremony. The cake was absolutely delicious! The cake was moist and airy, the filling options were plentiful, and the frosting was SO good (and as someone who is not usually a fan of frosting, that's saying something). We had a three-tiered cake and we were able to have the tiers have different cakes and fillings to accommodate different tastes for ourselves and our guests. Additionally, they were able to provide us with a great tasting kit in advance of the commitment ceremony so that we were able to choose our favorite options. The outside of the cake itself was also tastefully done and very customizable so we could match it to the rest of our décor for the event. All in all, myself, my partner, and our guests were all very impressed.

We ordered our cake from Chocolate Carousel because they are our caterer's preferred baker. They did NOT disappoint! Sometimes wedding cakes can be dry or tasteless, but their cakes are the complete opposite. In addition to being visually stunning, the cake itself was moist and flavorful. Working with Chocolate Carousel was very easy. The process of choosing a cake is simplified by their take-home DIY cake-tasting kit. The actual wedding cake tasted just like their samples. Everyone loved the cake so much that I ordered cupcakes for a party we hosted shortly after our wedding!
