Mcdonald's

Whenever I get there burrito meal nowadays they must not know how to roll a burrito and I’ve stopped ordering them but forgot today and wanted one but send like they still haven’t been trained on it. They also almost forgot my iced caramel macchiato then tried to hand me a hot one which I handed back and they made and gave me the right one finally.

In their last remodel they removed the self-serve drinks, and condiment stations, AND all napkins. We are now at the mercy of the short staff to get anything we need to eat a meal. The tall walls all around the counter also make it easy for staff to hide from customers in need of anything. Want ketchup or more than 1 napkin with those fries? Remember to ask when you order and check your bag, otherwise your best bet might be walking to the nearest gas station.

I have only been there twice within the last year and both times my order was screwed up. I just live a few blocks away but this place will be my last choice, every time. Hopefully getting the wrong food and cold fries is due to the conditions and circumstances of the pandemic. I'm giving them a four star for their convenience and hours of operation.

Horrible service!! Ordered hot cakes and sausage.... no sausage.... ordered a big breakfast... ask we got was a sausage patty and a biscuit which he asked to substitute a muffin for that. No silverware, no napkins, no butter, no syrup. Went back. Still not right. Called and c raised he'll and the guy insisted he ordered a big breakfast with no eggs or hash browns. Ok so why would we pay for a big breakfast when all we got was a sausage biscuit basically?? Duh! Employee talking 100 miles an hour instead of listening. He was pretty much yelling at me and calling us about life. They sent the same COLD food back!!!

The young girl who took order very polite and nice. Was excited to see the new mc Donald's since it's been rebuilt. It is Non inviting Not a Family atmosphere at all, And the lights are dim, plus they have to get your drink now. The time we receive the Food the burgers seem like they been under the lamp for awhile.

I’m not trying to make their job harder by asking for no cheese I’m just lactose intolerant. Like I just don’t want issues later…. But without fail every single time they put cheese on it even when it’s specifically taken off on the app, asked for completely plain, and even described in detail there is always cheese still put on it.

It would take much less time for me to list any positive Feed back on this location. Disgusting, horrible service and undercooked food. Never seem to get any orders right, regularly over charge and rarely have they ever gotten my orders right. My daughter and a friend walked in the restroom to find an employee naked (pants and underwear around ankles, shirt pulled up) while she was washing "herself" in the sink and laying the obviously dirty napkins on the bathroom counter. She told them they'd need to wait on washing their hands because she was "cleaning up". (She was fired after I filed a conplaint.) Raw nuggets, rude, unprofessional employees that show no desire to be there and indifferent when it comes to the customers satisfaction and the company's reputation. This is the norm for this particular McDonald's.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
