Our order was not of the quality or quantity you would expect from Panera Bread. Ingredients were missing from our items
- no chicken in Cobb chicken salad
- a warm Baja bowl that costs upwards of 9.99 was half full and looked really sad (pic attached)
- no croutons in tomato soup
Really unhappy to come home and get this

What has happened to Panera eateries? Arrived here at 9:15 and they had no soufflés. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches with eggs over easy and at the last minute were told they only had one over easy the other had to be scrambled. All the tables had crumbs, stains and/or leftover meals on them. Who is in charge of Panera restaurants? We have always been fans but little by little they have fallen down on their service and product. So sad! My husband mentioned the men’s bathroom was filthy!!
Ceiling vents were black with what? Health Inspectors please take note!

Everything I've tried here is absolutely amazing! My favorites are the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich and the broccoli cheddar mac and cheese. Their coffee and drinks are also very good. The dining room is very spacious, comfortable, and never too crowded, so it's a good place to study or work

As a vegetarian my review is from that perspective. Ordered Tomato basil soup 3 times because:
1. Thick creamy soup
2. Made with natural tomatoes but not some powder
3. Enough quantity
4. Served with Baugette (this is pretty hard to bite into, could be little bit softer) or chips
I enjoyed it. Heat was appropriate. Cutlery was also provided for take away (to go as per US). This tomato soup is much better than what you get from regular restaurants (in my view).

I came here to do some work and enjoy a cup of coffee. I noticed the restrooms were very dirty and no paper towels available. When looking around the dining area I noticed their vents on the ceiling were black and haven't been cleaned. The tables were sticky! I usually LOVE Panera Bread and find most locations very cozy and relaxing...this location was not! I'm very sad and probably never return!

Food was very good! Dining area was awful! Trash on floor, tables, and soiled chair backs. Would have eaten outside, but trash can was billowing over and too close to tables.

I have been a Panera fan for years, but today was just sad. They were out of many products, only two types of bread, cookies were stale, drive through was closed, I was second in line and it took over 20 minutes, and taste was subpar. I know many places are struggling right now, so hopefully they can get through this and back to the quality of before.
