This is my second time visiting this place. It’s vast menu just happens to bring me back to this place since I’m so eager to try out the other dishes. This time I ordered this really amazing dish that looked so fascinating. It’s called meat sundae ( I’m not sure but I think it is ) and If I see it for real, it actually looks like a sundae! It looks like scoop of ice cream over a pile of brownie and then drenched in chocolate Sauce, with a cherry on the top! But nope! It was actually mashed potatoes over a pile of meat, drenched in a delicious smoky Sauce, with a baby tomato on the top! Hats off to the creativity. Most of the dishes in this restaurant looks really instagramable! Very pretty looking. However when I tasted the burger and the sandwich from here, it honestly was okay. But this one was amazing! I’m going again to this place to try out the desserts! The menu for desserts and drinks is huge, so I will definitely go there again to try it out!

This was one long pending review . We visited al safa branch and enjoyed the outdoor seating. Food served here is of great quality and presented equally well. We ordered: Oman chips n cheese pizza , penne pasta , nachos and kitkat cake. All the dishes were delectable but the best was kitkat cake. You definately would want to come back for more.

Wow! Simply loved the breakfast burrito. I think the cheese sauce and cream on the top made the whole difference. I loved it. The chicken sausage in it had a strong flavour though. My passion fruit mojito was perfection. Loved it! This is the second time I tried their lotus dessert but didn’t like it. The apples, cake and ice cream ! Just too many things going on. However presentation of the dessert was perfect

The place stands true to its name. If you need a rush of sugar. Then this is your place. We came here with friends after lunch for some desert and coffee. We had karak chai, cappuccino and a little black coffee with loads of whipped cream on top( I just dont seem to remember what it's called). The coffees were great and so was the chai. The french toast that we ordered was a hit with kids. I was pleasantly surprised with the wide range of the menu. There is great selection of burgers and pasta also. So if you are looking for a great place to sit out , menu that appeals everyone's pallet, and some some serious sugar rush.... then sugar factory is your place.

We were a group of 8 persons most of us ordered The terminator Burger (Don't order that it's very bad) The taste was very bad / bun was not fresh at all it just crumbles once you touch it and when we complained about that the rest. manager told us cause they just changed their suppliers 😡😡 (It's not my prob. dear) he offered to change it but we refused . The Buffalo chicken is the worst it was very salty that you can't eat. Sauce was very little coudn't taste it. The burger patty was ok not that much good. Service is the worst in UAE i asked the manger after all that bad experince to put a fresh fresh bun (which he offered earlier) in the take away plate and after he agreed he didn't put it . One friend joined us later and sat in a separate table the waiter told him he can't accept his entertainer voucher cause we used 4 and that is the Max. come on he ordered a separate order from a separate table how come?? Honestly its very rare that I would feel the need to write a review but the food here other than the desserts (non sugary) items on the menu is good to avoid! We were 2 couple's left most of our meals coz it tasted ridiculous! We ordered chicken pot pie wich was not even close to a pie just had pastry flakes,peri peri chicken wich was not upto the expectation,horrible weird tasting chicken alfredo wich had a distinct flavor of stale cheese,sampler platter with weird stink in the chicken,fries wich also had a bad aftertaste! Wen checked with the waiter got to know that "this is how its cooked" even if you wanted the spice level to be increased to suit one's taste! In all felt like frozen food that got heated & a facelift! Avoid the menu stick to the sugar!

Went to Sugar Factory on the 13th of September at the City Walk Branch, especially for my birthday. It was our first time here so we were quite excited to try out the food as it has been hyped out a lot. We ordered the Sample Platter, Country Fried Chicken & the RedBull pizza. First came our appetizer; The Sample Platter. It was good but not that great. The only thing which was really tasty were the BBQ flavored chicken strips in it. The rest was okay. The RedBull pizza also turned out be average and definitely not worth its value. And to our surprise it was served cold. But the worst was the Country Fried Chicken. I have eaten this specific dish at many other places but this was not even close to its name. The chicken was under cooked and it had a weird smell to it. We didn’t even take a second bite of it. The Mac & Cheese with it was tasteless as well. We called and complained to the Supervisor over there and instead of understanding the issue he simply gave us an explanation that this is how it is supposed to be(under cooked !?) This is the service and food they are providing after charging so much. Definitely my first and last visit. Won’t recommend to anyone.

We had a HORRIBLE experience today at Sugar Factory City Walk. The Manager was extremely rude to us even when it was his fault. We will never go there again! Today me and my family had a HORRIBLE experience there and were treated with extreme rudeness by the Egyptian manager working there (Sameh Ibrahim). We had an offer that was expiring tonight and wanted to utilize it while asking for the bill, however, this guy came and kept making all kind of excuses to avoid accepting the voucher (he said "our system does not accept the voucher after 7 pm" and "you need to contact the place that gave you the voucher and not us, this is not our concern"). I asked him to show me where this is mentioned in the Fine Terms of my voucher, but he was not able to, and then he started making things up by saying they asked the company to email all people who purchased the voucher to inform them about the update, therefore it's not their responsibility anymore (Anyone living in Dubai long enough will know that what he's saying is a complete joke, but apparently this manager was new to the country and did not realize that). It was as if I am talking to a really bad customer service line, where you are being "handled" buy a rep. who is countering every point you are addressing. He was even speaking in a sarcastic way and it felt as if we are doing something wrong and trying to justify our position. It felt really cheap and humiliating, and at some point I just asked him to get us the bill and get this over with, then he suddenly left our table without even apologizing or talking to us any further. I've been to many restaurants and I NEVER seen this kind of behavior before. I'm not sure how this person is assigned to manage a place like this in a nice area where customers should be treated properly. Overall, we decided never to set foot in this place again, after all, Dubai has tons of places that will ensure hiring proper personnel that can truly appreciate customers and will not degrade their reputation in such manner.

First things first... their portions are massive!!!!! Excellent service and very friendly staff. Their burgers are distinctly different, very fresh buns a meat patties. Does feel you are eating a burger in a restaurant and not in a McDonalds. Their deserts are to die for.... as the name suggests. Deserts again are massive but each (i tried 4) are a cocktail but multiple flavours and textures. Worth going in couple as well as family. Actually kids would love it.

Had a horrible experience yesterday when i went for lunch with my family. A waiter named Mohammad was so rude to my uncle who was giving his drink to his 2 year old daughter and Mohammad comes up from behind and says you are not allowed to share the drink with anyone, he said it in a way like we stole his own drink. His tone was really rude and mean, my uncle who was really appalled by Mohammad’s behaviour went to complain to the manager and while he was Mohammad was standing right beside my uncle, staring at him angrily like he wanted to beat him up- Chatur who was very friendly and helped the situation calm down.. apologised.Spoiled our afternoon, thanks to him. Horrible service by him.

Excellent location and ambience , at the heart of city walk The restaurant is towards the pricey side but would definitely recommend visiting with zomato gold(Good value for money with zomato gold). If you're here to try something new i would skip the main courses and go for their excellent variety of desserts. Their main courses arent the greatest especially their spicy chicken which is put in alot of their dishes i would avoid the chicken dishes the next time and go for the desserts

We had our dinner in sugar factory city walk. I checked the reviews and rating on Zomato and based on that I decided this place for birthday celebration. We ordered pizza , sugar factory club sandwich, kids margarita pizza and bubble gum cheese cake. I never tasted food as bad as this food. We couldn’t eat it and we took the whole order as takeaway. The staff there are really friendly and they sang for the birthday but the food was a disaster. I will not come again.

Nice place to have a family meal, good ambiance. Burj Khalifa firework burger is impossible to finish alone, it definitely Ned a hungry partner 😜. Peri peri oven roasted chicken was tasting good with mushroom sauce. Not to forget their signature Ocean Blue Goblet drink...found some sharks 🦈 swimming in the drink. I’m a regular customer at sugar factory and it never fails to disappoint me. I had ordered a nacho Mexicana pizza. It was very different and a very spicy pizza I must say, where you can pick from either chicken or beef as the topping. I would surely order again. I had also ordered a penne pasta in pink sauce with chicken. The portion size is very big so easily shareable. Great comfort food, great staff and a great ambience.

We have eaten here many times and love the food. Today we came with our guest from India specially blocking one meal for him at Sugar Factory. But really disappointed as it took them almost over 40 minutes to get simple dish. Everyone finished the food and they even got desert on our table whereas we were still asking everyone how long it will take them to get the missing dish ( country chicken). Poor experience n embarrassment in front of guest.

Wonderful experience, from the moment I walked in, the decor caught my eye, the service was top notch and the food was as a whole "the icing on the cake/exquisite". We tried to have a bit of everything but since they have a pretty extensive menu with lots of succulent options, I guess I'll have to return several times. Started with the King Kone Shrimp and Calamari Tower, both superb, continued with the Tom Yum soup which was good, also ordered a pizza, Salmon Salad, Angus Steak and to conclude we had the unbelievable Nutella Injection French Toast. I run out of adjectives to describe how pleased I felt about the food. I left the last part to refer to the one of a kind, marvelous drinks, I highly advise everyone to try them (the proof of the pudding is in the "drinking"), I'll just say they cooled me off in style. I absolutely loved them.

Great place with a huge variety of dishes. Name it and they have it. Staff were friendly and the ambience was pleasant and elegant. The best part of this place however is their dessert. Crazy, unique and huge desserts perfect to share. Waffles, pancakes, crepes, cakes, ice creams, brownies...they have it all and each dessert is presented so lavishly ! A wonderful creation indeed. On my recent visit to Dubai, I had been to this place and I’m sure I can tell you’ll it is not going to be disappointing. This place is worth it. The ambience of this place is pretty cool. I had visited this place to try their different type of beverages and desserts. Tried their amazing hot chocolate which will actually steal your heart. The old fashioned chocolate milkshake with whipped cream on its top was astounding. Their death by chocolate sundae was sinful, filled which brownies and marshmallows.

Overall rating 3.5/4 Located in the centre of city walk gives a good vibe. Food is good. Staff is friendly. Location is even better. Only issue we faced was the spicy fries we ordered with hot cheetos, the fries weren't hot enough. Would have tasted better if they were. The pizza was delicious. Heads up - the serving size is good. Be careful while you order as it might easily lead to over ordering especially when you're also having Mocktails with it as even they come in full sizes.

My recent visit to this place was only last weekend and must say I absolutely loved it . Very impressive presentation and the fact that the chef came out to the table himself to serve the desserts. We ordered few desserts ( death by chocolate was the best ), chocolate milk shake, hot chocolate with whipped cream , few martinis and they were all amazing. Price is a bit on higher side for the ambience and location I guess. But the stuff they serve impressed me. I highly recommend this place.

Decided to visit this place on a Saturday evening , at Iftar and loved the hospitability of the servers who offered us a complimentary fruit salad at first. We ordered the little heart goblet that was served to us in the exact fancy way as expected. Also throughly loved the mushroom pasta in pink sauce and the hot bowl was also pretty good. Since the “S” where we used to always dine in was already closed, we’ve decided to give this one a try. I love the ambience and the outdoor seating which gives you a pleasant view. Service was quite fast considering that it was a busy Friday. However, the crew were not smiling at all. Maybe because they were too tired, but still not an excuse. To be honest, nothing was extraordinary. Yeah, the food looks nice and is IG-worthy but the taste is too bland for me. The Burger Patty was dry ‘coz it was well done. I feel like I’m just eating in a Fast Food Joint. I even enjoyed eating the Sweet Potato Fries than the burger. It could have been better if they try to put some sauce and tasty dips that will match the fries rather than just putting Tomato Ketchup. Pasta was al dente but the taste was too bland. Though it wasn’t what I expected, we’ll still come back to try their desserts, as we were catching a movie and was in a hurry.

At first I was adamant about the fact it was called Sugar Factory and I didn’t want to have Desserts. We went into a nice atrium space with chic interior. It was my first time at Sugarfactory yesterday. The ambience is exemplary. The food was good. No WOW factor! The portions are very good. We had a chicken, beef & veg burger. The veg turned out to be the winner. The Oman chips & cheese pizza was tasty. Expected more chips on it though, as it's the highlight of the dish. We also tried their desserts. They are very photogenic and great for instagramers. But was however disappointed in the taste. The red velvet cake being their signature was not up to the mark. Have had better elsewhere. Both the desserts were dry and hard and didn't feel fresh enough! The ice cream on top was the only savior.

After having a good meal, we wanted to enjoy a dessert. We have been to sugar factory before and always enjoyed their waffles. This time it was not so good. We ordered "Charcoal Waffle" and had high expectations. However, it was a hard waffle and didn't really taste good. The icecream, somewhat, saved the day. It was overall not a good ending to an otherwise excellent evening.

This place is fun for desserts as it’s name suggests. Such cool desserts, the food for mains is not so great hence the 4 stars but the desserts are worth going for! Very generous portions as the pics show. It is definitely a kid’s heaven and kids would have fun here. For the older kids, it brings back memories of childhood with cool sweets

The outdoor seating was nice. Quick service. Ordered Rainbow Nachos and some Mushroom Fettuccine pink pasta . The Nachos was not crispy, but the pasta was decent . Finally we ordered Hot Chocolate with marshmallow and it tasted good.

First time at Sugar Factory. We sat outside enjoying the beautiful Dubai weather. The kids wanted a treat and Sugar Factory looked like the place to go. We wondered inside the store and it is literally candy land.....watch out for the trap as kids can have a tantrum if you decide not to buy them a treat. We decided to try the pancake sampler and the choco choco choco (yes 3 times) crepe. The sampler is quite nice and the portion is humongous so 3 kids can easily share. The choco ch....(you know the name) is overly sweet for my taste and way too chocolatey, not my cup of tea but the kids didn’t mind it. We’ll go back surely if we are in City Walk with the kidos again......enjoy!

Have you ever been to @sugarfactoryuae ? What I really love about this place is that they have all extra large portioned American food with extra dollops of cheese just like these "Ninja Fries" - Takes me back to the days of holiday-ing in the USA. They have some really lovely and aesthetic looking mocktails and drinks too! Oh and I loved their peach and lavendar #mocktail

I heard alot about this place and saw alot of comments about how good is the food, the food was ok nothing special, we ordered the signature sugar factory special burger and charcoal donut burger and both tasted ok, i give the food taste 2/5.

I will first start out with the staff. We celebrated a joyous occasion and the sugar factory were the only ones who accepted food and decorations from outside. We brought our ouw cake and decorates and the staff were EXTREMELY gracious and helpful. They made the night even more special The food Their food serving is big and sometimes 2 people can share a plate. We orders the paste, pizza, burgers, kids meal and pot chicken pie and everything was cooked well and delicious. No complaints, only compliments. Thank you sugar factory we will be back.

I love their huuuge drinks that are enough for 2, i also love their mac and cheese balls its my favorite honestly and their dynamite shrimps too, their pasta and risotto i didn’t like it alot because its too oily, the ambiance is really nice

It's a heaven for all who got sweet tooth. Our sweet craving hunt took us to Sugar Factory, where we were absolutely guilt free. Ambience- Amazing place! Very spacious and good decor indoors as well as outside seating arrangements. Staffs know their stuff pretty well and are polite. The service is quick. Hospitality, staff friendliness is so good. The ambience is amazing. The food is very well presented. Not just presentation, it tastes amazing. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Amazing candy bar stuffs for the kids to have fun. Furthermore it accepts zomato gold which is a win win.

Must visit place I must say ! From their ambience to their food , everything was top notch . We didn’t really have their desserts , we strictly came out to try savory items from their menu. *so no sweet reviews* We had preserved their grilled chicken burgers and mango tango chicken . They had their complimentary buns served with an olive and olive oil paste (?), loved how these two tasted together ! Grilled Chicken Burgers The grilled chicken burgers were burgers filled with chicken patties , crispy fried onions , tomatoes , lettuce and a mild flavored sauce . I enjoyed the burger thoroughly and it was juicy and had the amount of sauce , loved the bun as well. The Mango Tango Chicken These were chicken cubes served with this very unique tangy sauce topped with powdered cheetos. I loved how this one turned out , from its delicious sauce to the juicy chicken , I thoroughly enjoyed this bit . I’ll definitely come back to try out their desserts ! Overall, my ratings are ; Quality of food ; 4.5/5 Quality of service ; 4/5 Ambience ; 5/5

Quite a good place. Food was good not a WOW factor dish. Ordered fried rice with prawns mixed with sweet soya sauce. Prawns were big crunchy dipped in soya sauce .

Want to go on a romantic dinner? Highly recommend to go here. Such a pretty place. The view from the outdoor seating is very beautiful with a view of hub zero. Lighting and seating are amazing. The desserts there are really really tasty. I just loved the interiors so much. Definitely want to go again A must go when you want some good photos 😉

Visited this place with my husband with high expectations having seeing the menu and left very disappointed. We ordered the lotus waffle (new menu) which came well presented but with a few issues - waffle was cold - came with 2 tiny brownie pieces - for the price the portion was not justified. To top it off when asked for extra brownie pieces we were told there would be an “additional charge”. Luckily the supervisor came over and offered us extra “complimentary” pieces of brownies - even though they were stone cold! For the price I expected a lot more. Probably would think twice about visiting again.

Ambience: lovely vibe! It's such a good place to chill. Love all the outlets as well. They have two floors and plenty of seating arrangements for groups. The interior is really pretty and the seats are well spaced so you don't feel too close to the next table. Staff: lovely people, very informative and kind. Very quick service as well. They always inform you about the rewards system and you can get a free meal if you're lucky that day! They also have zomato gold ❤️ Food: I love the penne arrabbiata (no chicken) and we got a burger as well! Their arrabbiata sauce is always so good! We tried the mug cake as well and it's heavenly!! The marshmallows taste so good as they are slightly burnt 😍 although it's a lot for one person. Two of us struggled to finish it 😂 But love the place ! And hopefully they'll have more offers in the future🍨✨

We tried their chicken and mushroom crone, bruger truck pizza and fish n pick burger. All meals had a filling portion but high price. On Sunday's they have a Sunday Funday menu that is cheaper; we tried combi chicken which is from a chinese cuisine. That was just delicious! (A little spicy too) Would totally recommend the combi chicken if you like Chinese food.

Loved to be here❤️ ...even though it was not a planned visit. A very nice place & people. Was eager to grab some sugar and found a perfect taste with a Choco- Lava cake😘. Kids loved the pizza and cake... but the best choice was “Pick me up”. Will surely visit again to explore more. And With Zomato pro you get a descent discount too 😉

Well, this was one over-hyped place for me. Not worth the price. Will go one by one: - Pizza - good - Pad Thai Noodles - good - Tiramisu - not good at all. The mascarpone cheese tasted bad, sour and bitter. Kitchen couldn’t figure out what the problem was. - Hot chocolate - received complimentary due to terrible Tiramisu experience, sub-par again, not chocolaty or dark enough. That was about food. The ambience was no good. Flies troubling all around. Add some little insects (more like the ones found in old flour or rice) occasionally paying a visit to your table. Good thing was the customer service for their understanding of the issues we raised.

I have only visited Sugar factory once, at City walk. The experience was good, the crowd was fancy; mostly Arab. Food was delicious, we ordered a drink 'white Gummi', it was tangy and was filled with gummies I loved it. The ambience was really nice, you can get insta worthy pics near the staircase!! Portion sizes are a bit small for the price they charge
